LOCAL RULE NO. 98-01

EXTENDED JUVENILE JURISDICTION PROSECUTION

            In juvenile proceedings assigned to a limited jurisdiction Judge in which a motion is filed pursuant to K.S.A. 38-1636, the presiding Judge shall notify the appropriate Clerk of the District Court who shall cause the case to be reassigned to a general jurisdiction Judge for all further proceedings.
